So I figured I'd send out a little quick update. I've been dealing with work and we have an inspector from the city coming to check the house in about 4 hours (yay for pulling an all-nighter! AND I'm not gonna have time to sleep after its over before I go to work...YAY)
Anyway though, I'm actually expecting a new laptop in the mail sometime early next week. 
It's already been ordered so now I just need to wait for it to come in. Seriously excited.
